Why is it increasing? Uneducated? or simply promiscuous? Imagine, if your son or daughter got infected with the virus? How would you feel and react as a parent? Sex education should start at home and not from anyone else. Hard to think that most of the Filipino families are conservative, but outside their homes, they're very outspoken and liberated. The increasing homosexuals in our society is alarming, but they are not to be blamed either. How about the advertisements? The drug dealers? and our government's lack of fund in controlling the spread of this incurable disease?Come on guys, let's not blame anyone for this! Start educating yourself! and help STOP in spreading it!
